Spring at Elim Lodge
Snow still on the tops, small lakes partly frozen, a beautiful time of year.
Should you not wish to venture too far into the great outdoors, then right on our doorstep you will find a fine array of shops in Bowness competing for attention with the abundance of restaurants and pubs, at last count there are 35 places to eat within 400 yards.
We have rooms each night this week. This weekend, 12th/13th, we are full, with rooms from Sunday.
2010 Prices for Elim Lodge Guest House:
(B&B per person, sharing) Double/twin ensuite £25.00-40.00 Double/twin with private facilities £22.00 to £35.00 Single, private facilities £25.00 - £35.00 Family ensuite and private facilities, £22 - £40, reduced rates for children.
Price ranges are from low season to high season
Special offers: discount for 3 or more nights and for midweek stays, excepting school holidays. Mention this special offer when booking. Ask about our reduced rates for last minute bookings or up to 3 adults in one room. Useful for students etc. on a budget, or outdoor enthusiasts who need somewhere to crash.
BOOKING AND DEPOSIT POLICY
We ask for a deposit of the cost of the first night's stay at the time of booking, to protect our business from non arrivals and late cancellations. We will refund this deposit in full, minus a small charge to cover our bank charges, providing the booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival. If a booking is cancelled later that 48 hours before the expected arrival date or guests do not arrive, we will charge the full value of the stay, unless we can resell the rooms(s).
We accept arrivals after 21.00 by prior arrangement only.
DAMAGES
We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused in any way by our guests. To this end, guests should not have takeways in their rooms, and must under no circumstances cook in the room.
