Summer at Elim Lodge
Summer is here, it's really warm at the moment. Everything is green and colourful, with many birds nesting for the second time. Our resident family of sparrows has at least 2 nests and the blackbirds are nesting in the Ivy. Our pot plants are growing well with the long dry spell that we have had, colours everywhere.

Should you not wish to venture too far into the great outdoors, then right on our doorstep you will find a fine array of shops in Bowness competing for attention with the abundance of restaurants and pubs; there are 35 at last count within 400m.

This weekend, 4/5 July, we are full. Next week, w/c 6.7, we have some availability each night.


We now offer some online booking, from the Enquiries page. If the date for which you require rooms shows available, but will not book, please let us know by telephone and we will book for you directly. We now only book 1 night stays in our budget family room by phone, please call or e-mail for details.

(B&B per person, sharing)
Double/twin ensuite £24.00-40.00
Double/twin with shared facilities £19.00 to £32.00
Single, shared facilities £22.00 - £28.00
Family ensuite and private facilities, £22 - £37, reduced rates for children.

Price ranges are from low season to high season.



Special offers: discount for 3 or more nights and for midweek stays, excepting school holidays. Mention this special offer when booking.

Ask about our reduced rates for last minute bookings or 3 or more adults in one room. Useful for students etc. on a budget, or walkers who need somewhere to crash.

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT POLICY

We ask for a deposit of the cost of the first night's stay at the time of booking, to protect our business from non arrivals and late cancellations. We will refund this deposit in full, minus a small charge to cover our bank charges, providing the booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival. If a booking is cancelled later that 24 hours before the expected arrival date, we will charge the full value of the stay, unless we can resell the rooms(s).

We accept arrivals after 21.00 by prior arrangement only.

We answer all e-mails, but get several each week returned with non current addresses, please make sure your return name is valid, thanks.
