We have just returned from our stay at your guest house and I just had to come online and say another big thank you to you both!!!! The location was perfect - how lovely to walk to the end of the road and see the Lake! The room was great - clean, comfortable, very welcoming and the private bathroom was lovely! As for the breakfast, we have never seen our children eat so much first thing in the morning! We can safely say that, should we return to the Lakes (which seems likely) we will look you up first and you will be recommended to everyone we know!!!! Thanks again xxx

The property continues to provide a good standard of clean, comfortable accomodation in a convenient location and where the proprietors strive to deliver high standards of service and guest care. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, well maintained and presented to a good overall standard. High standards of clenliness are acheived.
